She is an amazing healer in more ways than one, I am very lucky to have found her. Being in a coaching relationship with Heather feels like the older sister I never had, a guiding light and a supportive hug. I have really enjoyed the flexibility of the work. Some days we just talk, maybe I leave with some journaling prompts. Other days we do intense healing work. Not only is the program focused on what I need for the long term, but it is flexible enough to adjust to my needs on a weekly basis as well.
