Regardless of which program you choose, the format of every month will look the same. Here is what you can expect each month while working with me:


  • Weeks 1-3: A 60-minute individual coaching session each week (3 sessions per month)


  • Week 4: Self Discovery Week- Custom development exercises designed by me to help you integrate your personal work and practice applying it to your life (Clients will not meet with me during this week).

Coaching Basics: 

Transformational coaching is powerful. It has the potential to help you make the changes you've been desiring and can support you in achieving your greatest dreams. I know this because coaching has had a profound impact in my own life. There is a reason the best athletes and leaders in the world enlist the support of coaches to help them reach their potential.


If you work with me in a 1:1 coaching relationship, I will be fiercely devoted to supporting and empowering you to reach your goals and create the life you desire. We will do this through a combination of 1:1 sessions and self discovery exercises. This allows us to use a customized approach based on your unique needs at a pace that is supportive for you.


Given my breadth of personal and professional experience, we can focus on any area of your life you desire. I have extensive personal experience and a deep passion for wellness and holistic approaches to healing, so that will be something I introduce into the coaching relationship. Additionally, because of my experience in business strategy and leadership development, I am comfortable supporting clients with big career goals.


The Coaching Relationship:

I believe that every person has the ability to create a life that is filled with purpose, joy, and love. It is my role as your coach to help you get clear on what your desires are, and then to help you begin to do the work to make those dreams a reality. 


To accomplish that mission, I will serve as:

• An unwavering support system and your biggest advocate, holding space for you

and helping you to recognize your unique talents and gifts

• A Detective and mirror, asking you powerful questions to help you uncover your own

truth and reflecting back to you patterns that may be difficult to recognize on your own

• A trusted guide and accountability partner, supporting you fully as we begin to

shift your previous ways of operating and work towards creating a life even greater than

you could have imagined


A coaching relationship is collaborative which means the success of the program depends on your willingness to show up for yourself and to do the work. Therefore, it’s important you understand if you are interested in working with me that I am not here to fix everything in your life for you. Instead, I’m here to empower you to take control of your own life and to partner with you by giving you the support and tools you need to make positive changes and work toward your goals.


Coaching Process: 


As mentioned, the exact process will vary depending on your unique needs, but in general you can expect we will cover some of these areas in our coaching conversations:


Approaching overall wellbeing and transformation from the following lenses:

  • Emotional
  • Mental
  • Behavioral
  • Spiritual


Self Discovery:

  • helping you to identify limiting beliefs and societal and familial programming, which leads you to better understand your authentic nature and what your true desires are in life. 
  • Cultivate a greater sense of self awareness 
  • Identifying and understanding patterns that keep you stuck
  • Gain Better understanding of your needs, how to work with your energy in a supportive way, and permission to accept the parts of you that may feel more challenging. (Human Design)


Shifting :

  • Dismantling mental programming and replacing it with new empowered  beliefs about yourself and your potential 
  • Practices to cultivate self acceptance and love and strengthen self compassion 
  • implementation of mindfulness practices to create space around patterns and old ways of doing things
  • Re-Framing negative thought patterns and re-affirming new positive ones
  • Embracing full range of emotions through various energetic practices to help you process and release energy from your body 
  • Embodiment practices to help you connect to your bodies wisdom
  • Strengthening of trust in your intuitive guidance

Coaching is co-creative relationship where we partner to discover your goals and your passions as well as any blocks that are holding you back from achieving what you want. We focus on helping you make peace with the past and shift any patterns that are keeping you stuck in order to to help you travel down a path to the life you want. 


Coaching and therapy are different. Therapy focuses more on your past and helping you to understand your past experiences and traumas. In coaching we do need to acknowledge your history and what got you to where you are, but we spend a lot of our time focusing on the present moment and shifting behaviors as you look to the future you want to create. As a coach, I am not a medical professional, therefore I am not able to treat you for specific medical conditions or diagnosis you may have received from a licensed psychologist or medical professional. I find coaching works really well in conjunction with therapy, or as a next step after foundational therapy work. 


100%! What happens in our sessions stays in our sessions.


The time that it will take to see your desired results will depend on the complexity and amount of goals and your commitment and openness to the coaching process and doing the work. Just like anything in life, you get out of it what you put into it.
